Originally a residence, converted into a restaurant. My work involved a complete redesign of the interior space, from a family home to a fully kitted professional kitchen and bar area with capacity for 60 customers. The brief was to create a space that referenced aspects of 1920s Europe, with nods to the faded glamour of the period. In this project I had the opportunity to use masonry restoration techniques in order to enhance the building’s original design.
